Company Brief
We are one of the largest and most prominent innovators, manufacturers, and suppliers of polyethylene pipes and fittings, irrigation equipment, communication channels, drinking water pipes and their supplies, gas and oil pipes and their supplies, and rubber products. The company produces medium and high-density polyethylene pipes and most fittings and network accessories in various types to meet the different needs of clients required for irrigation, water, gas, communication, and drainage projects. The company is supported by a distinguished technical team to assist clients and projects in various locations. The company also provides transportation to the project site as an added service through a special transportation department backed by a complete fleet of trucks. The company’s main administrative office is located in Buraydah city.
Investor Relations
Investor relations serve as the link between the Alwasail Industrial Company and its shareholders and potential investors. They are the entity authorized to manage communication between the Saudi Stock Exchange and the company. Investor relations aim to develop and improve relations between shareholders and the company by facilitating services with precisely considered strategic plans that are reviewed and developed annually in line with shareholder interests. Investor relations also handle the management and organization of the company’s share registers, monitor the distribution of profit shares decided to be distributed, provide the relevant company departments with periodic reports and all circulars issued by regulatory bodies, and ensure their application.
They also keep the shareholder data received from the Saudi Stock Exchange “Tadawul” available when needed. Furthermore, they follow up on the obligations of the board members and senior executives regarding their company share ownership and trading blackout periods and publish all company announcements on the “Tadawul” site. They also handle preparations for regular and extraordinary general assemblies and address all shareholder inquiries.
Company Governance

Audit Committee
The audit committee aims to ensure the sufficiency and effective implementation of the internal control system, supervises the performance of the internal audit management, follows up on the results of the external auditor’s work, supports the independence and objectivity of internal and external audits, and assists the board of directors in fulfilling its responsibilities through effective control aimed at protecting the company’s assets, the interests of its shareholders, and enhancing the level of risk at a reasonable cost.
Remuneration and Nominations Committee
The Company’s Remuneration and Nominations Committee is responsible for identifying, selecting and recommending candidates for membership in the Company’s Board of Directors in the event of vacancies or when alternatives for new members of the Board of Directors are available. The Committee submits its recommendations for suitable candidates for membership in the Board of Directors to the General Assembly of Shareholders, setting a clear policy for the compensation and remuneration of the Company’s Board of Directors members for membership in the Board in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association and for the work of members in the Board’s committees and approving any amendments by the General Assembly, preparing an annual report containing details of the remuneration and compensation paid to members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board’s committees and senior executives of the Company for inclusion in the Company’s annual report, ensuring the independence of independent Board members, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the Board and recommending their treatment in a manner consistent with the Company’s interest, and performing other tasks and responsibilities as detailed and consistent with these regulations.
